Getting to know you

Once we’ve confirmed availability we will send out a small questionnaire to collect some general ideas in terms of aesthetics and goals, as well as some estimated quantities of things like table counts, and your wedding party needs. This will help give us an overview, and prep us for the next step which is the Consult. 

The Call

At this point we’d love to hop on a call together to dive a little deeper into your details. This is an opportunity for us to meet, vibe, and answer any questions you might have. We want to make sure we fully understand your vision. The average call is around 15 to 30 minutes, and we typically schedule these calls on Mondays and Tuesdays (office hours) between 12pm and 6pm.

The Proposal 

Once we’ve gathered all the details like budget, wishlist and vibe we can sit down and work out a detailed plan for your event. The turn around for your proposal will be 7-8 days but during the busy season can sometimes take a little longer. After you’ve reviewed your detailed proposal, moodboard and estimate and you’re excited to move forward you can head on to the next step, Booking, but if there are some areas that need adjusting or reworking we will happily do up to two revisions to make sure you are the most excited.

Booking

When you’ve decided that Wanton Poppies is your dream floral team.. Yay!... The final step to securing your date will be signing the contract (virtually will do) and submitting the 25% deposit. Congratulations! We are honored to be on your team ;) From here on out we will be working behind the scenes in preparation. 

Final Call

30 Days from your event we will schedule our last call to make those final refinements and take care of the remaining balance. We will go over things like table counts, make sure you’re surviving, and that we are still on track with our overall vision. 

Event Day

The team will be onsite throughout the day to bring your vision to life! Added bonus… we take care of the aftermath too!
